July 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024The first page of some of our books are missing and we need your help finding them! Come to the library to pick up an investigative journal. The journal will list which local businesses are hiding a page. Go into the businesses and locate the page. After finding the page, go to the front desk of the business and guess which book the page came from. Guess correctly and the business will mark the investigative journal. Once all the pages have been found and identified, return your filled investigative journal to the library for a prize. A raffle for a grand prize will be held at the end.

July 30, 2024Children K-5 who want or need extra help becoming proficient readers are welcome to this event. Student volunteers (and a therapy dog) will be onsite for children to practice reading to or to be read to. This program is designed to encourage learning and foster a life-long love of reading.
